House and Grooming Training

Speck and his friends spend time in the bull pen waiting for cat, old dog, and furniture training.

Speck gets his 2nd Bath training he didn't try to escape he starting to like it.

Volunteering his foot for inspection after just one training session. Atta Boy Speck!

I could train dogs the rest of my life and not make enough money to pay for the "ASS CHEWING" I got from my wife for the boys digging a hole in her carpet!!! OUUUCH!!

Speck's first taste of fresh bird

Speck's first contact with a fresh bird. He retrieved it with no crunch or munch. He has a very strong retrieve instinct.

Speck attends his first Sporting Dog Fun Trial

Speck and friends spend time on the chain gang as petting fodder when people went to the concession stand. They had fun. Below is the link to my local Sporting Dog Club they put on NSTRA trials.

Speck helps out with crowd control at the fun trial.

Speck spends some time watching for pigeons at the barn.

Speck has a very strong natural pointing instinct. He is sight pointing here. I can pick him up, put him on an atv, and he will still be pointing if he can see the feathers.

Speck gets his crate, vehicle, and travel training along with all the other things that happen in a WalMart parking lot.

Speck's new job, he handled the noise, cars, people, carts without going ballistic. You can tell by looking he was enjoying it, but sitting on the job?
Speck (right) spends his time on the chain gang.

When you tie dogs to a common chain as they pull and resist the chain they condition each other to be tied out, they calm quickly. Also by feeding them shortly after they calm they accept the chain gang as good stuff. They will spend a lot of time here waiting their turn for training.

Speck (center) has his Vehicle ATV training.
He will learn how to ride and hunt from an atv.
He will also learn wheeled vehicle safety.

Grooming and Ear Inspection.
Speck had a Charlie Brown's, "Snoopy" thing going on here.

Speck's first bath went we'll even though he did'nt think so.
